About the Role

*This role is a Maternity Leave cover until February 2025 however ongoing employment is available after the term ends.

As a Store Manager at Hairhouse, you’ll lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail, salon and piercing studio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing your minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Demonstrating a passion for hair and beauty (experience in Hairdressing is a plus)
• Implementing proven techniques to guide the team in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets
• Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Motivating, coaching and developing team members to build a strong culture
• Exhibiting exceptional time management skills
• Merchandising the store according to brand guidelines and driving successful marketing campaigns
• Maintaining authentic, ethical and transparent communication on store procedures and processes
