Hairhouse is looking for an Assistant Manager, to support the Store Manager to lead, empower and support our amazing team and promote best practice store operations. To succeed in this role, you will bring your previous management experience to lead, coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business including retail, salon and piercing. You will focus on the building the salon through your experience as a successful hairdresser, and leadership qualities.

Duties
Deliver exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customers
Support in the Management of day to day operations of the store and meet compliance requirements
Ensure the store is well presented, clean and always stocked appropriately.
Identify opportunities to drive and increase sales
Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns
Cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.
Inspire and educate the salon team
Skills and Experience
A minimum 3 years Management experience
A passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience is a plus)
Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong people management skills.
